Most of us grow up believing that being creative is a magic spark you're either born with or you're not. So we stick to safe, familiar choices because facing a blank page or a big problem feels scary or way too hard.
This 3-day adventure is designed to show you what you're truly capable of building with your own imagination.
Why you shoul attend:
- Learn how to stop overthinking, silence your inner critic, and embrace a "get stupid" mindset to generate ideas quickly and without fear of failure.
- Discover how time limits, resource scarcity, and strict rules can spark radical innovation rather than hold you back.
- Move beyond solo brainstorming to learn how to reframe complex problems and facilitate dynamic, collaborative group workshops.
- Walk away with a concrete, 5-step creative process and daily habits that ensure you can consistently generate original ideas long after the bootcamp ends.
This is for you if you:
- Feel stuck with a blank page or think that you are "just not creative."
- Are a pofessional, creator, or innovator looking to break out of rigid thinking patterns and boost your day-to-day problem-solving skills.
- Are a team lead, manager, or a facilitator who wants to run better brainstorming sessions and empower your teams to share bold ideas.
- Feel "not creative" but want to learn practical techniques to unlock fresh ideas, tackle ambiguity, and drive innovation.
The Content of the Workshop
Day 1: Creativity Between Skill and Talent
Dispelling the myth of the "tortured artist," embracing messy play, using initial constraints, finding patterns in random shapes/ambiguity, and overcoming functional fixedness with everyday objects.
Day 2: Advanced Ideation & Constraint-Driven Creativity
Deep-diving into advanced constraints, practicing lateral associations (connecting unrelated themes), shifting perspectives through different lenses (e.g., a child, a scientist, historical figures), and pushing past obvious ideas.
Day 3: Problem Reframing & Collaborative Workshops
Uncovering root causes through problem-reframing, building daily "creative fuel," mastering group facilitation techniques, and launching a team lab to kick off capstone projects.
By the time you leave, the belief that you're just not a creative person will be completely gone.
