Discount Details:

2 events: 10% off

3 events: 15% off

4 events or more: 20% off

Cancellation policy: - Full refund for cancellations made 3+ days before the event.

- 50% refund for cancellations made 2 days before the event.

- No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 days before the event.

- Registrations are date-specific. Changing to another date is considered a cancellation and follows this policy.

How Cancellation Works for Bundles?

If you cancel an event that you booked as part of a bundle, what happens depends on your refund eligibility.

If you are eligible for a full refund

You have 2 options:

1. Move your booking to another event

You can choose another event instead, with no cancellation fee.

2. Get a refund

If you choose a refund, your bundle discount will be recalculated based on the number of events you are keeping.

For example:

You booked 3 events for 1,275 EGP with a 15% bundle discount.

You cancel 1 event and keep 2.

The 2 remaining events are recalculated using the 10% discount, bringing the new total to 900 EGP.

You will receive a refund of 375 EGP.

If you are eligible for a 50% refund

You also have 2 options:

1. Change to another event

You can choose another event and pay 50% of the new event's price.

Your current bundle discount will remain the same. You will not move to a higher bundle.

2. Get a refund

You will receive 50% of the price you originally paid for the cancelled event as part of your bundle.

Important

Bundle discounts are based on the number of events booked. If cancelling an event reduces the number of events in your bundle, your discount may be recalculated.
